You’ve made it to our page to schedule a home loan consultation with one of our licensed mortgage professionals over Live Video or Phone and we want to thank you for confiding in us to handle your mortgage needs.

We provide a 15 or 60 minute no-cost mortgage consultation over a Live Video or Phone meeting.

Our 15 minute home loan consultation can be used for situations such as:

• Describe your scenario to see how Prominent Lending Group can help you accomplish your home loan goals?
• First-Time Home Buyer consultation.
• Updating important information of an existing loan application.

Our 60 minute home loan consultation can be used for situations such as:

• Completing your home loan application with a Prominent Lending Group representative over a Live Video session. Note: For Home Loan Application meetings, we require that you have all of your application documents ready to review during our session. You can find the list of application documents noted on our home loan checklist by clicking here.
• Deeper analysis to see how we can help you achieve your home loan goals. For example, clients with a complex home loan situation involving: multiple incomes from businesses or rental properties, second home purchases, vacation home purchases, investment properties, etc.

If we are confident we can find a home mortgage program to meet your goals and you'd like to meet in person, we can arrange a meeting at our office or your residence if you reside within a couple of hours radius from our primary location.

During your consultation, we will inquire about the following:

• Your home mortgage goals
• Property taxes
• Consumer debts and related expenses
• Your income and assets

By the end of our session, you will know if it's the right time for you to proceed with a home loan transaction.

In most cases, we will have enough information to provide you with the home loan programs that will benefit you the most. If your home loan scenario is more complex, we may require additional time to review the appropriate lender programs before giving you an accurate quote.

Once we determine which home loan programs meet your goals, we'll explain them and answer all of your questions, making it easier for you to decide how to proceed.

Should you choose to move forward with one of our offers, we will send you a link to review and digitally sign your home loan application and upload any lender-requested documents through our secure online portal.
